About us
we are a small in home breeder of french bulldogs only. located in southern indiana. producing healthy, quality puppies has quickly become our passion. our pups come pre-spoiled and well socialized with our family and other pets. vet checked, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and dewormings. in addition every pup comes with our 1 year genetic health guarantee, lifetime breeder support, and some goodies to take home. we put so much love and care into each pup and that love doesn’t stop just because they leave us and go to their furever home. we absolutely love updates and pics throughout the years.
prior to contacting us, please research the breed to make sure that a french bulldog is a good fit for your home, family, lifestyle, and budget. follow us on facebook for inquiries, reviews, and testimonials from guardians and repeat buyers. we do not require a deposit to be added to our waitlist, however we do ask only serious buyers add their name. We also have regular contests for page fans and all luvabull families. it is always a good idea to keep up with our constant changing page and of course, cute puppy pics.

Contract/Health Guarantee
Seller certifies that the French Bulldog described herein is of sound health at the time of this sale and has been immunized and wormed accordingly. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your puppy by the vet of buyer's choice and at the buyer's expense within 72 hours/3 business days after acquiring puppy. The breeder guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age against all life threatening genetic health conditions. If any such condition is found and proven inwriting from a licensed vet and substantiated by lab tests and/or xrays, puppy may be returned to Breeder to be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value. Breeder reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our vet at our cost to determine degree of seriousness & whether condition is considered to be genetic. The original puppy must be returned (at owner's expense), to breeder before a new puppy will be made available. Necropsy (at owner's expense) is required if death occurs. This guarantee does NOT cover: hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, hernias, weight, elongated palate, internal or external parasites, (puppies are treated for parasitic treatment and prevention but as it is ongoing for life we can not guarantee your pup will never get either), allergies, heat exhaustion, cherry eye, IVDD, breeding ability or any other treatable conditions. If full akc breeding rights are purchased and said dog is not able to reproduce then a replacement of equal value will be arranged once a licensed vet (at buyers expense) corroborates and dog is returned. The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills the purchaser may incur regarding puppy. Altering your dog prior to 12 months will void our contract. Early spay/neuter is convenient for the owner, however it removes needed hormones that a young dog needs to mature into a beautiful adult. Early alteration also prevents their growth plates from fully forming leaving them more prone to injury and IVDD. Buyer agrees to provide good care and a loving home for this dog and is aware that a Frenchie can overheat quickly and could die as a result of heatstroke, and therefore must be primarily indoors. Buyer agrees not to sell this puppy or it's offspring to any broker, retail company or other such establishment. Guarantee not valid if sold to a third party. Payment must be made in full prior to or on the day of pickup. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees and/or crates needed to deliver puppy safely to new home. If you plan to pick up your puppy, your final payment must be made in CASH, unless previous arrangements agreed upon. Only replacements will be made, no cash refunds. A deposit is required to hold a puppy. Upon proof of spay/neuter an AKC Registration Application can be sent to buyer if requested. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to above-described puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
